Responsibilities and Duties:

Diploma Admission Administration

1. Organizing proposal screening and other related work in accordance with the approval of the relevant summits of government and non-government aided and unaided diploma institutions.

2. To take action to resolve all complaints in unaided graduate institutions.

3. All matters related to admission to graduate courses and checking the lists of admitted students.

4. To take action on the proposal for short-term courses started on an unsubsidized basis.

5. Approval of change of institution of students in diploma institutions.

6. To take action on the action plan for educational excellence.

7. Inspection of diploma course institutions/courses as required, etc.

8. To coordinate with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education regarding educational activities as well as the functioning of the fee determination committee through the board.

9. To take action regarding approval of diploma institutions for expenditure from the Personal Accounts Fund and Internal Revenue Fund and Student Development Fund of the institute for diploma courses.

10. Handling court cases related to unaided diploma institutions.
