Responsibilities and Duties:

Stores Verification Department and Accounts Objections

1. All work related to stock verification and internal audit in the head office and all administrative offices under its jurisdiction and government institutions.

2. Handling all matters related to the Public Accounts Committee and Audit Committee.

3. All cases related to money laundering and property security in government and non-government aided institutions.

4. To finally settle cases of misappropriation of government funds.

5. Conducting physical verification of stores in all offices/institutions (including head office) as well as compliance with store verification reports and related work.

6. Audit of OBA, DCA. (Issuance of utility certificate etc.)

7. Disposal of audit reports in government and non-government aided institutions.

8. To conduct audit work in the Directorate and take action to resolve objections.

9. Audit and budget of Government Engineering Colleges/Technical Institutes and similar institutions.
