Responsibilities and Duties:
Matters relating to establishment and administration of teaching and administrative posts in Group A and Group B in degree institutions/offices

1.Coordination of recruitment processes for various posts within the department.
2. Preparing and processing appointments, transfers, and other administrative tasks related to staff.
3. Ensuring compliance with recruitment rules and regulations for various posts.
4. Management of promotions, seniority, and regularization of services of departmental staff.
5. Preparation and processing of official orders regarding appointments and promotions.
6.Handling disciplinary matters and coordinating with higher authorities for necessary actions.
7. Organizing training and workshops for staff development.
8. Maintaining the personal files of all department employees and handling pension cases.
9. Ensuring timely submission of annual performance reports of employees.
10. Maintaining records of leave applications, medical certificates, and other official documents.
11. Coordination with the finance department for the disbursement of salaries and allowances.
12. Preparing reports related to establishment matters and submitting them to higher authorities.

Matters related to establishment and administration of teaching and administrative posts in Group A and Group B in diploma institutions

1. To grant study leave, salary advance, festival expenses advance, travel advance (Principal) / Recommend for approval to the Account Section.
2. To prepare and implement the annual policy/program and budget of the Campus / School.
3. To conduct discussions on educational programs.
4. To carry out work related to approval of teachers, employees, and assistant staff appointments, promotions, study leave, and retirement.
5. To conduct examinations and make arrangements for publication of results, certificates, and transcripts.
6. To appoint necessary subject teachers and part-time teachers (as per prescribed number) for teaching subjects not covered by permanent teachers, with the consent of the Management Committee / Account Section, and to make necessary arrangements for their remuneration.
7.To appoint daily wage employees according to the rules and regulations, as required.
8. To prepare the annual financial plan, submit it to the Account Section for approval, and implement it after approval.
9.To prepare income and expenditure details of the Campus / School, submit them to the Account Section and Management Committee, and present them in the general assembly.
10. To carry out monitoring and evaluation of educational and administrative activities of the Campus / School, prepare progress reports, and submit them to concerned authorities.
11. To carry out other necessary educational and administrative tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Account Section and Management Committee.
